Job Duties
Ushers/Ticket Scanners ($8.75-12/hr based on time holding the position):
  • Greet patrons attending home football games Settle seating disputes or help solve other customer concerns
  • Show patrons where to find exits, bathrooms, and concession stands Able to work all 6 home football games: Saturday, 9/7/24 | Saturday, 9/14/24 | Saturday, 9/21/24 | Saturday, 10/12/24, | Saturday, 10/26/24 | Saturday, 11/16/24 | these times and dates are subject to change
  • Help point out disorderly or obnoxious patrons Provide assistance with patrons’ special needs, such as helping those with wheelchairs
  • Guide patrons to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency
  • Search for lost articles or for parents of lost children
  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to COVID-19 safety rules
  • Verify credentials of patrons desiring entrance into press box or other restricted areas and permit only authorized persons to enter
  • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued

Parking Lot Attendent ($8.75-$12/hr based on time holding the position):
  • Greet patrons attending home football games
  • Exchange money, ensure exchanges are counted correctly
  • Able to work all 5 home football games: Able to work all 6 home football games: Saturday, 9/7/24 | Saturday, 9/14/24 | Saturday, 9/21/24 | Saturday, 10/12/24, | Saturday, 10/26/24 | Saturday, 11/16/24 | these times and dates are subject to change

Ticket Sellers ($8.75-$12/hr based on time holding the position):
  • Greet patrons attending home football games Able to work all 5 home football games: Saturday, 9/12 at 6:00 PM |Saturday, 10/3 at 6:00 PM | Saturday, 10/17 at 6:00 PM | Saturday, 11/7 at 4:00 PM | Saturday, 11/14 at 3:00 PM these times and dates are subject to change
  • Reconcile events and balance out cash sheets
  • Exchange money, ensure monetary exchanges are counted correctly
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle conflict Strong computer abilities

Guest Pass List ($8.75-$12/hr based on time holding the position):
  • Greet patrons attending home athletic games
  • Ensure ticket exchanges are followed by NCAA rules Able to work all 6 home football games: Saturday, 9/7/24 | Saturday, 9/14/24 | Saturday, 9/21/24 | Saturday, 10/12/24, | Saturday, 10/26/24 | Saturday, 11/16/24 | these times and dates are subject to change

Office Hours(Optional):
  • Perform Clerical duties as assigned (e.g.filing)
  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Make outbound group sales calls for non-revenue sports.
  • Assist other departments within athletics as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • At least 18 years of age
  • History of similar job experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours

Employees will often be outside working athletic events. Employees are required to provide their own water and prevent dehydration/sun exhaustion
