• Meet with prospective student-athletes and families throughout the recruiting process

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director and Associate Director (these duties require frequent collaboration with the MAC Associate Director, MAC Assistant Director, and numerous University staff that supports students)

• Evening and weekend hours will be required (study hall program and recruiting)

Education and experience:

This job will be filled as an Intermediate professional. Minimally requires a Master's degree, preferablyin counselor education, college student personnel, psychology, social work, education, higher education administration, or a related discipline or higher plus one (1)year of related experience.

The position must maintain strict adherence to NCAA and Big Ten Conference rules and regulations affecting the sport and the University. This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.

$46,400.00 - $67,300.00
