To handle public inquiries, review, and route incoming correspondence, manage other front office duties, assist the faculty with the curriculum change process, and work with the Athletics division on NCAA eligibility requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
Duties as office coordinator, ordering supplies, typing and filing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and appointments, preparing and maintaining office records, reports, and correspondence.
Assist the public with inquires.
Answer phone
Maintain file system - updating and maintaining student files.
Data entry
Assist LU faculty with navigating the curriculum update process.
Sending student correspondence (letters and emails).
Operate computer and/or processors in preparing restriction letters, correspondence, prospective, graduation lists, weekly reports, and other reports as needed.
Operate a variety of modern office equipment in performing routine tasks such as facsimile machines, copy machines, calculators, computer terminals, and phone systems.
Deliver and pick up mail.
Submit and track requisitions and purchases for Registrar's office.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma with experience in higher education
Associate degree from an accredited college or university and experience in higher education desired.
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
Light sedentary office work.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Work performed in a general office environment.
May require availability for overtime hours during peak periods.
Overtime work may be required on occasions, dependent on workload and work objectives.
Travel on occasion may be required as it relates to position's responsibilities.
