Charlotte Sport Ventures (CSV) is an in-house division of Charlotte Athletics. CSV’s mission
is to engage national and regional brands in utilizing the Athletics and campus marketing
portfolio, drive revenue for Charlotte Athletics, and grow the business of the participating brands.
The Account Manager position within CSV is a critical position for the success of the
organization. This position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment and activation of all
assigned accounts with a heavy emphasis on the customer experience and relationship
building.
This position operates in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment. To perform this job
successfully, an individual should be able to execute the below-listed responsibilities with
energy, enthusiasm – and, ideally, a great sense of humor. The ideal candidate is proactive and
uses their strong communication and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
simultaneously.

\ **Temporary* staff employees are ineligible to receive benefits (leave, health coverage, State service credit, etc.). They are, however, covered by Worker’s Compensation provisions.
However, any non-permanent employee hired to work 30 or more hours per week for three months or more (cumulative of all positions, and not designated as variable hour worker), must be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, within 30 days of their eligibility. Any non-permanent employee hired to work less than 30 hours per week (cumulative of all positions or designated as variable hour worker – i.e. student workers) are measured during designated measurement periods. If they average 30 or more hours per week over a designated measurement period, they will be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan and will be notified of instructions.
