Utah Valley University is seeking an Admin Support II - Athletics.

This position primarily reports to and assists the Assistant AD - Wolverine Club/Signature Events. Under their direct supervision, this position assists in donor relations and administrative duties. This position will help with Wolverine Club and Department activities and events, as well as help maintain and keep administrative offices running smoothly.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Monitors benefit packages distributed to athletic donors. Create personalized letters for potential VIP donors and oversee all solicitation mailings. Participate in student athlete fundraising activities.
• Coordinates Wolverine Club Activities and assists in Athletic Department events as needed: Requires flexible schedule with some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Includes but is not limited to; planning, set-up, maintenance, and break-down of events.
• Helps manage department swag for donors, community relations, and campus requests.
• Assists with various administrative and office duties. Must be computer literate, including MS Work, Excel, and some graphic design.
• Work with Staff and student-athletes taking and recording monetary transactions. Must be exact and precise.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications

Associate's degree; OR two years of experience directly related to the summary of duties.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and Graphic Design experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Knowledge of MS Suite.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and policies. (Preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Skills in creating, composing and editing written materials.
• Skills in creating documents and spreadsheets.
• Organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to perform a variety of clerical duties with minimal or no supervision.
• Ability to prioritize and pace your work load.
• Ability to work with different personalities.
