The Department of Athletics on the Prescott Campus is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Athletics in a wide range of administrative tasks. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department and providing excellent support to staff, coaches, and student-athletes.

Qualifications

• High School (or GED) level ability in grammar, spelling, basic composition, and math.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices. Experience with Workday and a working knowledge of collegiate athletics is helpful, but not required.
• 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
