Intercollegiate Athletics
Liaison between football coaching staffs (both offense and defense) and video staff providing specific video information and statistics as requested. Responsible for charting and recording plays during each football practice and competition. During live competition, draws, diagrams and connects all necessary plays for Vision Playbook to include providing live statistical data to assigned coaches during the competition for game management decisions.
Intercollegiate Athletics

Responsible for charting and recording plays during each football practice and competition. During live competition, draws, diagrams and connects all necessary plays for Vision Playbook to include providing live statistical data to assigned coaches during the competition for game management decisions.
Apply NowOversee and maintain the football scouting database. This involves evaluating opponent game film before live competition and analyzing data on each play. Breaks down each opponent's game plan and schemes; develops statistical reports from imputed data and distributes accurate and timely scouting reports on opponents to each coach and assistant for game planning, student -athlete coaching and game preparation study.
Maintains contact with most recent signing class by providing any necessary workout and video playback materials. Creates new playbooks for assigned areas/ (offense, defense, special teams) for each game for approximately 25-30 student-athletes and coaching staff. Works with each assigned position coach to translate/synthesize their input into the playbook.
Supervises undergraduate student and graduate student assistants involved with daily drills or meetings involving student-athletes. Assists with grading student-athletes on their performance after each practice. Independently input and edit video from each practice into XOS video system. Attends all team meetings and assists coaching staff with creating practice game plans which replicate the opponent's game plan.
Responsible for providing oversight of time management matters for assigned student-athletes during fall team camps which begin in late July; monitors student-athletes participation time in an effort to help insure NCAA compliance. Supervision in coordination of player development area to include discipline, study hall management and class attendance management.
Oversee assistant coaches notes being logged in appropriate recruiting software.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required
A Bachelor’s degree in a related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired. Experience in the following of adhering to NCAA rules and regulations is also necessary.
Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program.
Salary Range: $125,000 to $145,00; Salary is commensurate with education and experience
