Apply NowThe University of Central Florida is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coordinator of Annual Giving to join the ChargeOn Fund team, the official fundraising arm for UCF Athletics. This position plays a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and soliciting prospective donors to UCF Athletics through various outreach methods, supporting events, and contributing to the overall operations of the annual giving program.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experienceor an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.Click here for more information
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a complex university system preferably in non profit, event management, or fundraising.
Knowledgeable in supporting large, high-profile athletic and/or fundraising events.
Ability to travel in the state of Florida or within the U.S. as necessary to accomplish goals.
Experience working with various technologies including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related field.
Experience in relationship building and working in a position with a high level of public contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven success in relationship building with current and future donors while maintaining ongoing relationships.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and direct part-time employees and volunteers.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate, handle multiple priorities, and handle the pressure of deadlines.
Ability and comfortability working in an environment that places a strong emphasis on established goals, metrics, and success.
