Job Description
Full-time, aquatics director, swimming and diving coach for a NW Ohio University. Duties: manage, supervise and coordinate men’s and women’s NCAA intercollegiate swimming programs in accordance with institutional NCAA II and GMAC by laws. Oversee operation of the university pool, coordinate travel and travel with team to away contests, use philosophy and practice of coaching, sport sand event management, allied sports psychology and marketing sporting and special events. Requirements include Bachelors in Sport and Event Management, plus three months’ experience in/with or college courses in philosophy and practice of coaching, sport and event management, applied sports and marketing sporting and special events. 40 hrs./week, $51,000/year; qualified applicants send resume and cover letters (no calls) to the employer, University of Findlay, Attn: Human Resources, 1000 Main Street, Findlay, OH 45840
