Job Summary
This position will be responsible for the oversight of the athletic department business office and the department's budget, which includes all income, expense, and unrestricted and restricted fundraising accounts. In conjunction with this responsibility, this person will work with other departments on campus such as the comptroller's office, human resources, general counsel, the budget office, and procurement to ensure efficient operations of the business services. Position will serve on department management team (Athletic Cabinet) and assume a leadership role in determining policies and procedures as they relate to business operations, camps and clinics, and financial reporting.

This position is classified as Exempt. The salary grade for the Assistant Athletic Director role is L , with compensation ranging from $62,630 to $93,950 per year; The salary grade for the Associate Athletic Director role is M , with compensation ranging from $75,200 to $112,790 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
