Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations
Quincy University invites applications for an Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations. This role integrates the business operations of the Athletics Department with the University Business Office and external vendors.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating team travel arrangements (hotels, buses, meals, expenses)
Managing athletics purchasing, budget monitoring, and invoice reconciliation
Overseeing risk management policies for facility use
Scheduling and managing university vehicle use for athletic and university business
Handling payment processing for invoices, officials, game-day staff, and camps
Managing credit card reconciliations for the Athletics Department
Partnering with the Business Office on internal controls, policies, and procedures
Overseeing financial operations of the Fitness Center (budgets, wages, equipment)
Working with external groups on rentals and agreements
Ensuring compliance with NCAA, GLVC, MSFL, MIVA, and university regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in athletic administration
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate university vehicles
Salary: $46,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
