Position Summary:
The Assistant Athletic Director for Revenue & Ticketing will lead Minot State Athletics’ efforts to grow revenue and maximize ticket sales. This senior-level position will develop and execute strategies that strengthen community connections and generate sustainable revenue streams through ticketing, corporate sponsorships, fundraising, premium seating, and special events.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven leader who can build relationships, think creatively, and deliver measurable growth in both fan attendance and financial support for the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation & Sponsorships
• Develop and manage comprehensive revenue strategies for ticket sales, premium seating, and corporate partnerships.
• Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with University Advancement and the Beaver Boosters to align donor and sponsorship initiatives with revenue goals.
Ticketing & Sales Operations
• Direct all ticket sales operations, including season tickets, single-game sales, group sales, and special promotions.
• Implement dynamic pricing, sales tracking, and CRM systems to optimize sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications to ensure consistent branding and promotional messaging.
Leadership & Administration
• Supervise ticketing and sales staff, student workers, and interns.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to ticketing and fan experience.
• Serve as a member of the athletic department’s senior leadership team, contributing to overall strategic planning.
• Provide game management for assigned events

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in sales, relationship building, ticket sales, or revenue generation in a collegiate, professional, or sports entertainment environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree.
• Experience with Hometown Ticketing, Ticketmaster, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division II athletics.
