Job Duties
| Responsibility / Duty |
· Design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive student-athlete development program focusing on Academics, personal growth, leadership, community engagement, and life skills.
· Align programming with NCAA’s Life Skills or Holistic Student-Athlete Experience initiatives and institutional mission.
· Partner with campus career services and external organizations to deliver career readiness workshops, networking events, resume-building sessions, and internship opportunities tailored for student-athletes.
· Manage leadership development initiatives such as Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), team leadership councils, and peer mentoring programs.
· Provide strategic guidance to student-athletes assuming leadership roles within athletics and across campus. | | Percentage Of Time | 40 |

· Coordinate community service and civic engagement opportunities for teams and individual student-athletes.
· Track and report student-athlete involvement in outreach efforts in alignment with university and NCAA goals.
· Collaborate with academic support, compliance, mental health services, and athletic training staff to ensure a holistic approach to student-athlete well-being.
· Serve as liaison between athletics and campus units (e.g., student affairs, counseling, alumni relations) to support co-curricular integration. | | Percentage Of Time | 35 |

· Track engagement, participation, and outcomes of student-athlete development initiatives using data and feedback tools.
· Produce annual reports and strategic recommendations to inform department leadership and guide long-term program growth.
· Ensure student-athlete development programming complies with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies.
