Position Title: Assistant Baseball Coach

Reports to: Head Baseball Coach

The Department of Athletics is seeking a highly motivated, organized and dedicated professional for the position of Assistant Baseball Coach.
This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for assisting with all phases of a Division I baseball program including recruiting, player development, on the field coaching, equipment management, monitoring of student-athlete academic performance, travel coordination, camp organization, practice preparation, batting practice, hitting fungos and other duties as assigned by the head coach.
Baseball coaching and/or playing experience is required. Coaching and competing experience at the Division I level is preferred. Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills; computer and video background, writing skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse student-athletes, colleagues and the public, ability to initiate and complete projects with specific deadlines, knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and willingness to fully support the mission and core values of Bradley Athletics.
