Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Men’s Baseball Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of developing, organizing, and administering a competitive collegiate baseball program. This role plays a vital part in student-athlete development, recruitment, team operations, and fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and sportsmanship while ensuring compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Prior coaching experience in baseball. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

A master's degree and experience coaching at the collegiate level highly encouraged

Additional Comments

Must have knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration; knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations and thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of baseball. Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents, and staff.
