The Assistant Baseball Coach/Recruiting Coordinator supports Stetson University and reports to the Head Men’s Baseball Coach and assists in the administration of all aspects of a highly competitive Men’s Baseball program in accordance with NCAA Division I rules and philosophies. The Coach is responsible for the recruiting budget, scholarship allocation, and recruitment of future student athletes. This position assists with offensive and defensive positions. The position coaches, teaches, inspires, and motivates student athletes in the Men’s Baseball program.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employment duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Teach hitting and offensive skills as well as infield skills and techniques on a NCAA Division I level
