NSU is seeking a highly motivated assistant baseball coach for a temporary, one-season assignment.
Primary duties include on-field coaching and training and recruiting elite student-athletes. Will assist with all aspects of a NCAA Division II baseball program and lead the new JV baseball program.
Essential functions and responsibilities include:
* Identifies and develops team strategy for recruitment
* Analyzes team needs in order to focus on recruitment efforts
* Creates promotional strategy for contacting and recruiting prospective students
* Assists with development of team budget
* Assists with administration of policies and procedures
* Leadership of the JV baseball program
