• Serve as a representative of the University, promoting QU’s mission, image, and goals to colleagues and the community.
• Manage all aspects of recruitment, including scouting prospective student-athletes, organizing staff recruiting calendar schedules, and coordinating on-campus recruit visits.
• Assist in coaching and training student-athletes, with a specific focus on hitting techniques and strategies.
• Assist and coordinate with camps & clinics.
• Assist in field and facility maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Playing experience and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level.
• Preferred experience with hitting, including training and developing hitters.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Flexible working hours (nights and weekends).
• Energetic and hard-working with a willingness to learn.
