Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Coach will assist the Head Cheer and Dance Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the cheer/dance program.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Additional Comments
Knowledge and understanding of cheerleading coaching techniques, appropriate safety techniques (ex. correct spotting techniques), student-athlete recruiting methods, and program administration. Must have good communication skills and the ability to develop a good rapport with students, parents, and staff.
