The Assistant Field Hockey Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of operating a Division I field hockey program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assisting with and coordinating all team travel, player development, recruitment of prospective student-athletes, academic monitoring, and compliance with NCAA, conference, and university regulations.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive student-athlete experience both on and off the field.
