We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our coaching staff as a 3rd Assistant Coach. Responsibilities will include coaching duties such as on-field training, video scouting, and recruiting. The ideal candidate will also assist with social media and marketing efforts, alumni and family communications, visiting team liaison, camps, and office tasks as assigned by the Head Coach.

On and off campus recruiting; daily team operations and aid in planning practices; conditioning; game preparation with video editing and scouting; team and game/event management; effectively work and communicate with students; possess knowledge of overall soccer skills in order to develop athletes; adherence to and promotion of NCAA rules and compliance to staff, student-athletes and representatives of athletic interest; successfully complete NCAA recruiting exams. The assistant coach will demonstrate an understanding and commitment to athletics programs at NCAA Division I level, have a commitment to the academic mission of Utah State University, a commitment to the academic success of the student-athletes, serve as a positive role model for student-athletes on and off the field, work well with students, faculty, staff and community.

The environment and physical requirements may change depending on the specific function of the work each department performs. Incumbents may be in both indoor and outdoor environments. Indoors, in an office space, event space, or public space are protected from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes. Incumbents may nearly continuously sit and often use repetitive hand motion (such as typing).
Outdoors, incumbents may not be protected from weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold. Incumbents may be required to lift, push, and/or pull objects up to 50 pounds and be required to walk and/or stand for long periods of time.
