| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum of 1 year coaching experience; demonstrated ability to recruit elite student-athletes; ability to perform all job duties in accordance with NCAA rules, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, policies and procedures; ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays; excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills; a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the University’s insurance carrier.
