Position Title:

Assistant Coach / Director of Video and Player Development

Time Type:

Full time

Position Summary and Qualifications:

Direct and oversee all video and technology duties and responsibilities associated with the women’s basketball program in a manner designed to optimize the basketball development of student-athletes, the efficiency of the entire program, and the ability to recruit high-level prospective student-athletes. Additionally, manage the recruiting and evaluation of prospective student-athletes, including transfers. Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and coaching on-court skill development programs for student-athletes.

  • These may include (not are not limited to): on-court strategy documents, recruiting planning documents, and program messaging documents
