A Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years working with intercollegiate soccer, club soccer, academy soccer, or experience as a professional soccer player are required. Relevant experience may substitute for required education. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
The department is especially interested in candidates with goalkeeper experience in playing, coaching, or training.
Initial screening will begin immediately and will occur weekly until a candidate has been selected.
Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Will require work beyond normal schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, some holidays, and travel.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. This position may supervise student managers and/or volunteer assistants.
Ability to coach goalkeepers.
Knowledge of the use of WhyScout, Spiideo, or other applicable software.
Ability to communicate individually either in small groups or larger groups.
Organizational skills to be able to make travel arrangements and organize team events.
Must be able to comply with Athletic Department, University, Board of Trustees, Athletic Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.

Coaching: Assist with set-up and running of team drills; coach and instruct individual and group sessions as well as technical sessions; scrimmages with an eye towards individual performance and ways to improve the team and student-athletes.
