Up to $35,000 annually

Compensation commensurate with education and experience. | Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - A minimum of one (1) year of collegiate soccer coaching experience required. - Demonstrated strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills sets. - Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations. - Ability to be involved with the overall operation of the program, including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance and student-athlete development. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Valid vehicle operator’s license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university’s insurance carrier. | | Desired Qualifications |
- Three (3) years Division I or II coaching experience with particular emphasis on Midwest, Great Lakes and North regions. - Strong Compliance background to help with NCAA Compliance rules, regulations, APR, GSR, ARMS Software, transfer portal, financial aid, etc. - Strong alumni relations and fundraising abilities. | | All Qualifications |
