Qualifications

| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree.

| | Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.

| | Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Highly proficient in technology, computer literacy and programing such as MS office products (Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint).

| | Preferred Qualifications |
- High school or collegiate track and field coaching and competing experience in the sprints, hurdles or jumping events. - Experience at the Big Ten or Power 4 Conference level.

| | Equipment Utilized |
- Must be highly proficient in computers and computer software. - Must be fast learning with sprint and jump technology used for the instruction and testing of athletes.

| | Physical Demands and Work Environment |
- Must be able to maintain flexible hours throughout the entire week and weekend. - Must be available and flexible with a varying work schedule, ranging mornings to evenings. - Must be available to travel during the weekend and weekends with the team.

Immunization Requirements

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption. Additional infection control and safety policies may apply.
