This role will be to assist the Head Coach with all phases of administering a Division I program. Responsible for assisting in administration, training, and operations in all facets of program planning, development and execution that is required of a top-level Division I women’s soccer program. This role will report to the Head Coach for Women’s Soccer and the Women’s Soccer Sport Administrator. This role manages and oversees the daily operations of the program including planning and organizing team travel, home events, purchasing, facility coordination, monitoring the fueling station, team travel logistics, alumni relations, marketing and promotions. This role also assists in the coaching responsibilities on-field, recruitment of potential student-athletes, and recruit tracking. This position will also serve as the primary contact for team communication including Alumni Relations, and assist in media for each team including social media accounts and press releases.

Position Duties:
Operations -
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the program. Including but not limited to planning and organizing team and coaches travel, home events, managing team equipment, purchasing, facility coordination, monitoring the fueling station, team travel logistics, alumni relations. Assist with game scheduling and game contracts. Organize post season housing and per diem requests. Serve as the primary liaison for team communication including alumni relations, assist in managing relations with benefactors, assist in marketing and promotions for the program; serve as primary contact to facilitate media for the team including social media accounts and press releases. Handle day to day communication and organization for team, departments on campus, parents, alumni. This includes helping organize practice, games, and any meals. Manage and organize student managers. Assist with community service with team and other duties as assigned by Head Coach
On-Field Coaching –
Assist with the planning and orchestration of practice sessions for the team.
Recruiting –
Attend all large recruiting events throughout the calendar year on top of local events when available. Maintain strong relationships with club coaches all around the country. Assist in hosting recruits during recruiting weekends. Recruit tracking. Email monitoring. Assisting with camps on campus.
Video Analyst -
Manage video technology and equipment for team: to include video student-athletes at all home and away competitions and manage storage to assist in Player Development; and video practice as requested. Facilitate structured practices with daily skill instruction. Set up video review sessions for coaches and athletes to include manage storage for video library, organize managers to run video and technology, break down film for coaches and players. Creation of highlight videos periodically. Spiideo and wyscout knowledge preferable.
Bachelor’s degree required (4 years)
Must possess in-depth knowledge of
NCAA
rules and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills
Ability to use technical electronic equipment and operation of video system software on the computer (Mac-I Movie; Wyscout; Spiideo;
HUDL

ARMS
)
College Soccer playing experience
At least 1 year of college coaching experience
