High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, high school level softball playing experience, strong communication skills and teaching/coaching skills. Ability to perform all job duties in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and University rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines. A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the University’s insurance carrier,

Bachelor’s degree, collegiate level playing experience, 1-2 years of coaching experience.

| Position Purpose |
To assist the Head Softball Coach in administering all aspects of an educationally sound and competitive Division I women’s softball program.
|
| Job Duties |
Practice, planning and game preparation, on-field duties along with office duties, video analysis of practice and game film, organizing of team community service events, planning team travel itineraries and other assigned duties.
