The University of Missouri, a proud member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Coach for Track & Field – Jumps to support its nationally competitive NCAA Division I program. This position will assist the Head Coach in developing elite-level student-athletes in the horizontal and vertical jumps while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of technical and tactical training plans for jumpers (long jump, triple jump, and high jump), with a focus on year-round performance progression.

Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential student-athletes domestically and internationally, building relationships with prospective student-athletes, families, and club/high school coaches.
