The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the head coach in all aspects of UCA’s volleyball program, including practice planning, player development, game strategy, and recruitment. This position emphasizes fostering positive team environment, promoting skill development, and encouraging academic and athletic success for student athletes. | | Job Duties and Responsibilities |
Assist in organizing and conducting practices, drills and game strategies
Contribute to recruiting and retaining prospective players
Maintain adherence to team rules, regulations, and institutional policies
