Assist with coaching for the Volleyball program
Provide volleyball instruction and development for student athletes.
Knowledge of and compliance with all rules and changes that occur in the sport of volleyball including NCAA rules and regulations
Assist with camps and competition organization and supervision
Assist with recruiting for the volleyball program
Coordinate Chadron State College campus visits for athletes
Knowledge of, and compliance with, NCAA rules and regulations concerning recruiting and eligibility
Coordinate team laundry

Secondary Duties:
Check study halls and classes for athletes’ participation
Assist with game operations for all home basketball games
Assist with athletic team and department fundraising initiatives
Related duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus coaching experience.
Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience coaching volleyball

Physical Demands

License and Certification Requirements

Successful background records and credit check
Valid driver’s license
Satisfactory evaluation of driving record

Salary Information

$35,074

This position has assigned work dates from July 1, 2025 to December 6, 2025, December 15, 2025 to January 1, 2026, January 15, 2026 to March 7, 2026, March 16, 2026 to April 30, 2026, May 19, 2026 to May 30, 2026, and June 22, 2026 to June 30, 2026; all other dates are unassigned.
