$73,029 annually.
Compensation commensurate with education and experience. | Minimum Qualifications |
- A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of three years NCAA collegiate coaching experience.
- Strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills.
- Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations.
- Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, League, and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to be involved in all facets of the women’s basketball program, including but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance and student-athlete development.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university’s insurance carrier.

| Desired Qualifications |
- 3-5 years NCAA coaching experience or collegiate/professional basketball playing experience.
- Demonstrated success with recruiting and administrative/staff roles at the NCAA Division I level.

Unless otherwise required by an applicable collective bargaining agreement, all minimum, additional and desired qualifications are preferred, but qualifications, degrees, and/or experience deemed comparable and/or equivalent by Oakland University in its sole and exclusive discretion may be considered.
