Description of Work

Assist Head Coach in all aspects of running a Division I Women’s Golf program. Position requires heavy travel during competitions, recruiting periods and irregular hours.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience, plus two years coaching or competitive experience. Strong technical/golf instruction skills and excellent leadership, recruiting experience, coaching, and communication skills essential. Ability to understand and demonstrate a commitment to NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer competitive tournament experience in collegiate and/or professional levels.
