We are seeking an Assistant Coach for Stanford Women’s Lacrosse to support the Head Coach with all aspects of program development and daily operations. This position focuses on enhancing team performance through structured training sessions, particularly for goalkeepers, managing game-day logistics, and contributing to a comprehensive recruiting strategy in alignment with NCAA and University policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a passion for player development, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of Stanford Athletics. This is a one year fixed-term position.

Assist in the planning and execution of Stanford Lacrosse Camps.
Understand and apply NCAA regulations to all aspects of program.
Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or her designee.

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
