Reporting to the Head Coach for Women’s Rowing, the Assistant Coach, Women’s Rowing will support the program by performing the following:

  • Assists in identifying and recruiting academically and athletically talented student-athletes for the women’s rowing program.
  • Assists in teaching, coaching, and individual skill and stroke development.
  • Assists in monitoring academic, social, and personal development of women’s rowing student-athletes.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships and communication with students, colleagues, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and general public.
  • Assists in the coordination of team and individual travel for the purpose of team competition and player recruitment.
  • Assists in scouting and video preparation to prepare team for competition.
