Salary Range/Pay Rate

Salary up to $45,514 annually.

Compensation commensurate with education and experience. | Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. - A minimum of one (1) year of collegiate soccer coaching experience required. - Demonstrated strong interpersonal, administrative and recruiting skills sets. - Experience with NCAA Rules and Regulations. - Ability to be involved with the overall operation of the program, including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, administration, compliance and student-athlete development. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the university by the university’s insurance carrier.

- Three (3) years of collegiate coaching experience. - Recruiting experience in Michigan and surrounding region. - Knowledge of Advanced Analytics. - Understanding of Positional Play Soccer. - Master’s degree with education and/or experience in leadership or coaching.
