Job Description:

Primary Function: Acts as assistant to Head Wrestling Coach; assists in coaching practice sessions and meets; coordinates and assists in recruitment of students for university wrestling program; aids in developing and conducting team conditioning program; assists in developing team meet schedules; and establishes and maintains effective working relationship with high school and junior college wrestling coaches.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of combined collegiate and/or club wrestling coaching experience required. Student experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Big 12 Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa.
