The Opportunity

The assistant track and field coach- pole vault will assist the coaching staff with organizing, implementing and designing a practice plan for student-athletes. Specifically working with the pole vault student-athletes to help them be the best student-person-player they can be.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Knowledge, understanding and ability to instruct specific skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach student-athletes at the collegiate level
• Previous playing experience desired along with an understanding of the NCAA by-laws, rules and regulations
• Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit qualified student-athletes at the collegiate level
