Position Description
Under the direction of the Associate Athletic Director for Strategic Communications, the Assistant Director of Creative Content will play a key role in shaping and executing the visual storytelling strategy for Seattle University Athletics. This position is responsible for producing high-impact multimedia content (video, photography and graphics) that enhances the Redhawk brand, drives fan engagement and supports recruiting efforts across all sport programs—with a primary emphasis on men’s and women’s basketball.
Working collaboratively with strategic communications, marketing, and external relations teams, this role will help develop and maintain a cohesive creative identity while delivering innovative, platform-specific content that elevates the visibility of Seattle U Athletics on a local and national level.

Compensation at a Glance
Salary Range: $50,000 - $54,000
Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
