You’ll prepare and analyze financial reports from multiple systems and confirm that all accounting and travel activity complies with department policies, conference rules, and NCAA regulations.

You’ll serve as a go-to resource for your assigned sports on accounting, finance, travel, and technology, and will cross-train on other teams and units to provide backup coverage. The role also includes administering department cell phones and computer equipment (ordering, distribution, and returns for new, current, and departing staff) and supporting the new Ramp credit card platform, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and integration with the university accounting system.
