Manage the day-to-day operations of the Student-Athlete Services Division of the Student Success Center
Coordinate all academic counseling, to include advising and registration, for all student-athletes
Monitor the progress towards degree, academic progress rate (APR), and NCAA eligibility for all student-athletes and provide an annual report to the Director of the Student Success Center
Evaluate and assess all services provided by the Student-Athlete Services Division of the Student Success Center
Serve as the Student Success Center liaison with faculty, administration, and coaches regarding student-athlete academic matters
Assist the Student Success Center Director with personnel matters, and supervise all staff for the Student-Athlete Services Division of the Student Success Center
Participate in all Student Success Center management meetings and assume additional duties as assigned by the Student Success Center Director
Assist the Athletics Compliance Office and The Citadel Registrar’s office regarding student athlete academic progress, transfer transcript evaluations, certification process, and NCAA eligibility monitoring
Minimum Qualifications :
A Master's degree AND progressive experience providing academic services to college-athletes.
Extensive knowledge of the characteristics of college-athletes and providing academic assistance to student-athletes.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with coaches, students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents, and alumni, as well as the community.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in the areas of Student Personnel Services, Counseling, Higher Education Administration, or a related subject area.
Experience working with DegreeWorks and Banner.
Experience with Report Writing in Argos.
Experience using Teamworks suite of products and Compliance Assistant.
