St. Thomas Aquinas College invites applications for the position of Assistant Director of Athletics concentrating on compliance and sprint football administration. The successful candidate will act as liaison and contact person with the NCAA, monitor Eligibility Center to certify all freshmen athletes as eligible, complete initial eligibility reports and mid-season eligibility reports to NCAA and/or federal government, annually submit ASR, APR, GSR, EADA and NCAA Sports Sponsorship reports to NCAA and/or federal government and implement and maintain athletic eligibility and certification of all student-athletes and members of the coaching staff in regard to college, conference and NCAA guidelines. In addition, direct compliance education for student-athletes and athletic staff. The person hired will also have primary responsibilities for the organization and management of the sprint football teams travel, budgeting and business reports, student-athlete eligibility, special events, and summer football camp.
Qualifications
Must have knowledge of NCAA Compliance processes, rules and regulations. Preferably collegiate coaching and/or administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.

Salary
The salary will range from $62,000-$67,000 depending on the candidate’s education, training, work experience, and key competencies.
