• Development and production of all athletic publications and promotions, game day programs and material, social media content and brand identity for Truman Athletics.
• Oversee Truman State Athletics website updates.
• Coordinate team/individual photographs and team media days.
• Facilitate athletic pre-game, in-game, and athletic special event promotions.
• Organize and schedule all sports information event support staff including but not limited to scorer’s table and press box.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in the use of computers.
• Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated professional experience working with the following:
  • Website content management systems.
  • NCAA in-game scoring rules and software.
  • Graphic design software.
  • Streaming and video software.
  • Social media content creation: press releases, post-game write-ups, weekly events, etc.
  • Scoreboard operations .

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience working in collegiate athletics.
• Professional experience with the following software:
  • Sidearm Sports website content management system.
  • Presto Sports and Genius Sports for NCAA in-game scoring rules.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign and Photoshop for graphic design.
  • Production Truck, Hudl, Synergy, and SkyCoach for streaming, video productions, and replay systems.
  • Nevco or Daktronics for scoreboard operations.
