Position Description/Summary
The Assistant Director Compliance provides support to the daily function of the athletics compliance office. Reporting to the Sr. Associate AD, SWA with coordination and collaboration with the Director of Compliance of the University as deemed necessary, this position performs activities to assist coaches, student-athletes, staff members and others with understanding and adhering to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the University, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Coastal Athletic Association, and Southern Conference. This position will primarily be responsible for monitoring financial aid (Bylaw 15), and ARMS compliance software. Additionally, this position will assist the Sr. Associate AD, SWA in providing rules education and monitoring other compliance processes.
