We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to become the newest member of our well-established team. This position plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of large-scale, complex events, including Intercollegiate athletic contests, Big Ten and NCAA championships, High School state championships, University-wide activities and initiatives, community events, and stadium and arena concerts. In this role, you'll serve as the primary Event Manager for select events (soccer, swimming and diving, cross-country, football gameday support), providing leadership and logistical expertise, meeting regularly with athletic department staff, campus partners, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Provide guidance and oversight during pre-event planning, on-site management, and post-event wrap-ups. Oversee and manage a wide variety of facility rentals for internal and external groups. Ensure all events meet university, conference, and NCAA standards, while upholding safety and service excellence. Proven experience in event/game operations, preferably in a collegiate setting.

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
