Salary/Grade: EXS/31

Target hiring range for this position will be between $75,000-$125,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Football Performance reports to the Director of Football Performance and assists in all aspects of sports performance for football student-athletes.

*Willingness and ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required. *

Specific Responsibilities :

· Develops football strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes with review from the Director of Football Sports Performance or Director of Athletic Training Services; 30%

· Supervises and coordinates strength and conditioning programs for football as required; 30
