Primary duties will include assisting with all recruitment and personnel tasks and projects. Performs other duties assigned by the Associate GM for Personnel and Recruitment.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of directly related full-time experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Education & Experience:

Preferred:

• Previous experience with a Division 1 Football program.
• Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.

Required Skills & Abilities:

•        Must be able to work a highly variable schedule including nights and weekends.
•        Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
•        Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
•        Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills.
•        Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast paced environment.
