| Position Summary |
This position is responsible for independently managing high level day-to-day operations of the ticket office. This position provides supervisory, project, and executive support to the UGA Athletics Ticket Office as well as oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities. An employee assigned to this position may serve as the principle point for execution and management of all facets of Gymnastics tickets. Serve as administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies and may provide specialist support services in the areas of budget management, public and community relations, general business administration, and/or student, donor, and faculty/staff affairs.

| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
- Knowledge of ticket office functions such as season ticket renewal and the distribution process for all ticketed sports.
- Excellent computer skills, including an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and work cooperatively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- An independent thinker, self-motivated, and accustomed to high-volume, fast-paced, detail-oriented work environments.
