Position Summary

Monmouth University is seeking applications for a 2nd Assistant Field Hockey Coach in the Athletics department. This is a 52 week position.

The candidate would be expected to: assist the Head Coach in all areas of coaching including planning and implementing practices, recruiting, and program planning; game day management including equipment needs, and preparing and submitting umpire contracts.

This is an in-person; on-campus, non-remote positio.

Required Skills or Software

Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence, Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks

Bachelor's degree, CPR and NCAA recruiting certification must be attained within six months from date of hire

Other Requirements

Field hockey playing or coaching experience.
