As an Assistant Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Football program. Your leadership and expertise will guide student-athletes not only on the field but also in their academic and personal development. This multifaceted role will allow you to contribute to all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruitment, student-athlete support, program administration, and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive support for Student-Athletes through counseling, advising, education, motivation, and discipline.
• Focus on development through team building, character growth, monitoring, evaluating, rewarding, and retention strategies.
• Support in planning and executing practices, conditioning, strategies, and evaluating performance.
• Instruct and demonstrate techniques, while refining strategies and maintaining communication with athletes and the team.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting athletic prospects through visits, competitions, and communication with families.
• Support recruitment strategies, coordination, and valuing diversity throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in program planning, budgeting, personnel management, and scheduling competitions, while ensuring compliance with NCAA and institutional rules.
• Support administrative tasks, including attending meetings, utilizing technology for efficiency, and assisting with media and recruiting communications.
• Assist in building strong relationships with the public, media, alumni, parents, community, and professionals through various engagement activities.
• Support professional development and a commitment to service within the department, institution, and broader community.
